Disease in Old School RuneScape can slow down your gameplay, but I know many fast ways to fix this problem.
Let me show you how to cure disease OSRS style with methods I use regularly.
Relicym's balm is the main cure for disease. You need 1-2 doses to reduce the effects, or 4 doses for a complete cure. Just click the yellow health icon to drink it automatically.
You can also use Restore potions for combat skills or Super restore potions for all skills. If you need these supplies quickly, you can buy OSRS gold and get them from the Grand Exchange.
The disease will go away on its own after a few minutes, but waiting isn't always the best choice during important tasks. If you're in a hurry and don't mind losing some items, death and respawning will cure the disease instantly.
For farming, use Plant cure on diseased crops. You can buy it from farming shops or farmers at patches. Better yet, use disease-free patches to prevent the problem entirely.
