The Gnome is an Epic gear item in Grow a Garden 2 on Roblox. It looks like a blue imp with a blue hat, red glowing eyes, and a beard. Its job is simple. It guards your garden from crop thieves.
Once placed in your garden, the Gnome patrols the area and attacks any player who enters uninvited. It slaps intruders, deals damage to anyone who gets too close to your base, and steals Sheckles from nearby players. It can climb, so thieves cannot escape by running over rough terrain. It works at all times of day, not just at night.
The Gnome lasts for 10 minutes of real time after you place it. When the timer runs out, it disappears. Because of this, it works best when other players are actively coming after your crops. On a private server with trusted friends, you will not need it as much.
In the game, the Gnome comes from the Gear Shop for 100,000 Sheckles and has an 8% chance to be in stock. You can buy it more than once. You can also pair it with certain pets, like a Defensive Duo, for extra garden protection.
