The Sign is a common gear item in Grow a Garden 2. It looks like a simple brown wooden sign with a handle part underneath. Once you get it, you can use it forever.

When you place the Sign in your garden, you can type your own text on it. Other players can read your message when they visit. You can use it to name your plot, post a warning, share a note, or just decorate your garden.

Signs can also come from the Sign Crate. This crate looks like a brown box with a sign on each side and a blank sign sticking out of the top. It holds four possible signs. The Basic Sign has a 70% chance, the Gold Sign has a 25% chance, the Rainbow Sign has a 4% chance, and the Big Sign has a 1% chance. The Rainbow Sign is really a pink sign with rainbow particles around it.

Signs normally hold up to 100 characters, but you can go past that limit by copying and pasting longer text onto the sign. This makes the Sign a fun and useful tool for any garden in GaG2.
