The Armadillo is a rare pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It looks like a real armadillo, with a nose, two horns, a tail, and a hard armor shell. It was added during the Safari Harvest Event and comes from Season 2 of the Season Pass, as a reward for reaching Level 2 on the free tier.
The Armadillo has a fun passive trait called Armadillo Roll. Every 7 minutes and 55 seconds, the pet rolls into a ball and turns your avatar into an armadillo ball. This lasts about 30 seconds. While in ball form, you can still move around and do normal actions, but at a slower pace. It is a fun visual effect rather than a gameplay boost.
The Armadillo is one of the few pets that can change how your player looks, along with the Wolf, Cheetah, and Penguin. It has a hunger value of 20,000. There is also a Giant variant that came with the Premium tier of the Season Pass. The Giant version is bigger, but its ability works the same way. This pet is a great pick for collectors who want a rare and playful addition to their garden.
