The Axolotl is a cute pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It hatches from the Oasis Egg or the Premium Oasis Egg, with a 15% chance from each. It was added on June 28, 2025 as part of the Mega Harvest Update. It is one of five pets found in the Oasis Egg.
The Axolotl is light blue with six gills around its head, a tail, four legs, and blush marks under its eyes. It looks a lot like the cyan axolotl from Minecraft.
This pet has a helpful passive trait. When you collect Summer type fruit with the Axolotl equipped, there is a chance the fruit will stay in place instead of going away. Rarer crops have a lower chance to stay. This bonus caps at 50%. The trait shines during the Summer Harvest, when your garden is full of summer plants. It gives you more fruit from the same crops.
