The Carpenter Bee is a limited-time Rare pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It came out on May 16, 2026, as part of the second half of the Bizzy Bees 2026 event. In the game, it can be unlocked from the Royal Jelly Shop with Royal Jelly, an event currency earned by finishing quests from the Queen Bee NPC.

The Carpenter Bee has a passive ability called Hive Workshop. Every 7 to 8 minutes or so, it can turn a fruit with the Pollinated or Honeyglazed mutation into a bee castle-themed cosmetic. This makes it a fun support pet that adds visual style to your crops. It does not boost income or farming power in a big way, so it works best as a secondary pet next to your main setup.

Since most bee pets can already apply the Pollinated mutation, the Carpenter Bee shines as a collection piece. It is a Rare-tier pet and one of the easier pets to get from this event phase.
