The Deer is an Uncommon pet in Grow a Garden. It came to the game in the Animal Update on May 3, 2025. It hatches from the Uncommon Egg with a 25% chance. Three other pets share that same egg and the same odds.
The Deer is great for players who grow berries. Its passive trait gives a 3% chance for berry plants to replant themselves when harvested. This means berry fruit can stay after picking, so one plant can give more than one harvest. Over time, this helps a berry farm produce more with less work.
The Deer is brown with beige antlers and black eyes. It has dark hooves, a beige patch below its mouth, and a beige underside. It uses the same model as the Spotted Deer. The Deer has 2,500 hunger.
The Uncommon Egg comes from the Pet Eggs shop, but it is not available right now. That makes the Deer harder to get in the game. If you want a pet that boosts your berry garden in Grow a Garden, the Deer is a solid pick.
