The Glimmering Sprite is a Mythical pet in Grow a Garden. It came out on August 30, 2025 as part of the Fairy Event. It hatches from the Enchanted Egg at about a 5% chance, which makes it the second rarest pet from that egg.
This pet has a strong passive ability. Every few minutes, it flies to a nearby fruit and gives it the Glimmering mutation. The Glimmering mutation doubles the value of the fruit. The pet shows a pop-up each time it enchants a fruit. Glimmering plants are also useful during the Fairy Event, since they can be used to get Fairy Favors.
The Glimmering Sprite is a small fairy with glowing eyes and large, glimmering wings. It hovers above the player and never touches the ground. When it moves, it leaves a sparkling trail that lasts a few seconds. It comes in several colors, such as green, blue, pink, lavender, orange, and yellow.
