Description

The Hamster is a Mythical pet in Grow a Garden. It came out in the Summer Update and is sold in the Harvest Shop. The shop sits in the center of the map and is run by an NPC named Georgia. The Hamster costs 15 Summer Coins, which players earn in the Summer Harvest event. It can also be bought for 449 Robux. Unlike most pets in the game, it does not hatch from an egg. It comes fully grown.

This pet is small and square with big cheek pouches, pink feet, a pink nose, and a tiny tail that wiggles. Its size is random.

The Hamster has a passive ability called Hamster Wheel. Every few minutes, it runs in its wheel and boosts crafting speed for a short time. This helps players craft items faster at the crafting table. It works well for craft-only seeds like Peace Lily, Aloe Vera, and Guanabana, plus mutation sprays, sprinklers, the lightning rod, and other gear. The boost only works while crafting, so equip it at the crafting table. It is a limited pet, so it will not be around forever.
