Description

The Headless Horseman is a limited Prismatic pet from the Grow a Garden Halloween Event. It was added on October 11, 2025 as part of the Ghoul Garden Update. It comes from the Spooky Egg with a 0.5% hatch chance, so it is very rare. The pet looks like a rider with a Jack-o-lantern head. It wears a dark coat with gold buttons and a cape, and it sits on a black horse with glowing yellow eyes.

Its passive is called The Reins of Ruin. It haunts a random level 50 pet that has no mutation. That pet resets to level 1 and gains one of four chaotic mutations. These are Dreadbound, Soulflame, Spectral, and the rare Nightmare mutation. Nightmare boosts passive gain by 22% and makes the pet 125% bigger. It also lets pets use abilities faster than the Rainbow mutation. A player can change a mutation later with a pet shard or a Cleansing Pet Shard.

This is the first pet in the game that gives mutations to other pets. Players want it to unlock Nightmare pets and build a stronger garden team.
