The Huge Badger is a Rare pet from the Fall Update in Grow a Garden. It came out as part of the Fall Event and can only hatch from the Fall Egg. It has a 32.5% chance to hatch from that egg, so it is the second most common pet in the egg after the Robin.
The Badger has grey colors like the Raccoon. It has a flat body with black and grey legs and three claws on each foot. It also has 15,000 hunger.
Its ability is called Earthquake Excavator. Every 5 minutes, the Badger digs in the ground for 10 seconds. During each second of digging, nearby fruit has a 10% chance to get the Cracked Mutation. This makes the Badger a strong pick for players who want to add mutations to their crops.
Place the Badger near big groups of fruit that are ready to harvest. Learn its 5 minute cooldown and harvest right after it digs to get the most mutations. The Badger also pairs well with other Fall Event pets for better farming results.
