The Huge Iguana is a legendary pet in Grow a Garden. It came to the game in the Seed Stages update on September 27, 2025. It hatches from the Jungle Egg with a 24% chance, which makes it the third most likely pet from that egg.
The Iguana has a helpful skill for players who deal with cold crops. Every minute, it walks to a random crop with the Frozen mutation and melts it back to Chilled or Wet. It skips crops that are favorited, so your marked plants stay safe. This makes the Iguana a smart pick for gardens hit by freezing weather.
The Iguana looks like a blocky tube with a green tail and a long snout. It has dark-green markings, spiky rectangles along its back, and a cream belly with cream toenails. It also comes in other colors, such as Red, Orange, Yellow, Teal, White, and Black.
The Iguana is a Normal tier pet with 40,000 hunger. Jungle Eggs are rare, since the Pet Eggs Stall only has a 2% chance to stock one. A Huge Iguana lets you skip the hunt and add this frost-melting pet to your garden.
