The Huge Red Fox is a divine pet in Grow a Garden. It was added in the Blood Moon Update on May 17, 2025. It is very rare. It has only a 1.5% chance to hatch from a Mythical Egg, which makes it the hardest pet to get from that egg.
The Red Fox has a special ability called Scoundrel. Every 15 seconds to 7 minutes and 23 seconds, the fox visits another player's random crop and tries to take a seed from it. If it gets a seed, it gives the seed to you and then tries again. Rarer seeds are harder for the fox to steal. The ability only works on Seed Shop plants. It does not work on event plants, unobtainable plants, or single-harvest plants.
The Red Fox is one of the few pets that can interact with other players' plots. It has a blocky look with a bright orange-red body, big triangle ears with white insides, square black eyes, and a white snout. Its legs are black, and its tail has a white tip. It has a hunger stat of 35,000. This pet is a great pick for players who want free seeds from other gardens.
