Description
The Huge Specter is a legendary pet in the Roblox game Grow a Garden. It looks like a ghost with a bluish-turquoise tint and a blue fire trail that follows behind it. It came to the game on October 31, 2025 as a limited pet from the Halloween Merchant.
The Specter has a passive ability called Haunt. About every 13 minutes, it haunts a random fruit in your garden. It has about a 25% chance to give that fruit the Vamp mutation. It can also apply the Spooky mutation, and in rare cases the Ghostly mutation. Vamp is the most common, Spooky comes sometimes instead, and Ghostly is the rarest.
This pet does the job of other Halloween pets like the Ghost Bear and the Great Pumpkin. It puts their mutation powers into one pet. That makes it a strong pick if you want Vamp, Spooky, or Ghostly mutations on your crops. The Specter has a hunger stat of 44,444.
The Specter is only the second pet sold by a limited-time merchant. The first was the Bald Eagle from the July 4th Merchant. That makes it a rare pet for any Grow a Garden player.
