The Idol Chipmunk is a legendary pet in Grow a Garden. It was added in the Chubby Chipmunk Event on October 4, 2025, as one of six pets in that update. It has a brownish-gray tail, a long snout, and wears a pink cap and shirt with a yellow collar.

This pet is a singer. About every 12 minutes, it performs a short song that lasts around 9 seconds. While it sings, all other pets in your garden restore hunger every second. This keeps your whole pet team fed for longer. It is a great pick for AFK play, since your pets will not go hungry as fast while you are away.

The Idol Chipmunk comes from a Nutty Chest with a 14.5% chance. It can also come from an Exotic Nutty Chest at 14.5% or a Rainbow Sack at 15%. Nutty Chests come from the Chubby Chipmunk event, either by letting the Chubby Chipmunk eat your crops or by collecting Acorns. The pet is not obtainable right now, which makes it a rare find for any garden.
