Description

The Kitsune is a rare pet in Grow a Garden. It came out on July 19, 2025 as part of the Zen Event. It is the first Prismatic pet in the game. It hatches from the Zen Egg with a very low chance of 0.08%, which is 1 in 1250. Only one pet in the game is harder to hatch.

The Kitsune looks like the famous fox from East Asian folklore. It has a white body with red accents, nine tails, and a red aura around its head, tails, and paws.

Its passive ability is called Nine-Tailed Myth. The Kitsune goes to another player's crop, mutates it with Chakra, then makes a copy and gives the copy to its owner. There is a small chance of about 1% that it uses the Foxfire Chakra mutation instead. This works a lot like the Raccoon, but the Kitsune adds mutations and duplicates the crop instead of stealing it.

Chakra mutations can also combine with mutations from the Corrupted Kitsune to make Harmonized Chakra, Harmonized Foxfire Chakra, and even Ascended Chakra. The Kitsune is a strong pick for players who want rare mutations and extra crops.
