Description

The Marmot is a Legendary pet in Grow a Garden. It was added in the Fall Update on September 13, 2025, as one of 10 new pets. It looks like a groundhog with buck teeth, brown fur, and an orange belly. It has 38,000 hunger.

The Marmot has a fun passive ability called Wrack-A-Marmot. Every so often, it burrows into the ground and hides in a random mound. If you find the mound, you get a random Fall reward. Rewards can include Firefly Jars, Maple Leaf Kites, Sky Lanterns, Leaf Blowers, Maple Syrup, Maple Sprinklers, and Golden Acorns. Sometimes it burrows again right away, so you can get more than one reward in a row.

Mounds can pop up anywhere on the map, even in other players' gardens. Other players can claim the mound and take the reward, so it pays to find your mound fast.

This pet is hard to get. It comes from the Fall Festival Pets shop with a low chance to be in stock. It costs 700 million Sheckles, and players must trigger 10 Fall Blooms to buy it. It also cannot be copied by a Mimic Octopus.
