The Meerkat is a legendary pet in Grow a Garden, a popular Roblox game. It came out on June 28, 2025 as part of the Mega Harvest Update. It hatched from the Oasis Egg with a 45% chance, which made it the most common pet from that egg. The Meerkat is now unobtainable in the game, so it is a limited pet.

The Meerkat has a small body with a tan face and chest. Its back, legs, and head are darker brown, and it has shiny square eyes and a small black nose.

Its ability is called Lookout. About every 7 minutes and 14 seconds, the Meerkat walks over to another pet in your garden and performs a lookout. That pet's cooldown moves forward by about 21 seconds. After each lookout, there is around a 15.5 percent chance the Meerkat will do it again right away. Bigger Meerkats do the lookout faster and push cooldowns even further.

This makes the Meerkat a strong support pet. It helps all your other pets use their abilities more often, which speeds up your whole garden. It is a smart pick for any pet team in Grow a Garden.
