The Mistletoad is a limited mythical pet in Grow a Garden. It was added on December 6th, 2025 as part of the Christmas Harvest Event. It came from Santa's Surprise Present with a 2.5% hatch chance, and it is not obtainable in the game right now. That makes it a rare pet to own.
The Mistletoad looks like a frog with a holiday twist. Its body is mostly red with a green mouth and a green underbelly. It also carries two presents on its back.
Its passive is called Jolly Croak. Every 15 seconds to 3 minutes and 20 seconds, the Mistletoad croaks at the nearest plant. This pushes the plant's growth ahead by 14 minutes 51 seconds to 30 minutes for each Christmas-type pet in your garden. All fruits on that plant then get the Chilled mutation. This makes it a strong pick for players who want faster harvests and mutated fruit.
The Mistletoad has 50,000 hunger. It is the fourth frog-type pet in the game, the first frog to give mutations, and the second mythical frog after the Echo Frog.
