Description

The Mochi Mouse is a Mythical pet in Grow a Garden. It was added on August 2, 2025, as part of the Cooking Event update. It is a limited pet, given only as a Divine reward from the Cooking Event with Chris P. Bacon. It is the only Food-type pet that cannot come from the Gourmet Egg.

This small mouse has two stripes on its back and carries a little stack of mochi. It comes in random colors like Red, Cyan, Yellow, Purple, Lime, Orange, and Rainbow.

Its main trait is Mochi Marathon. This gives all active Food-type pets extra XP per second. That includes pets like the Bagel Bunny, Pancake Mole, Sushi Bear, Spaghetti Sloth, and French Fry Ferret. Its second trait is Whisker Wisdom. About every 10 minutes, the Mochi Mouse gains at least 500 bonus experience for itself.

Players want the Mochi Mouse because it levels Food-type pets faster than any other pet. It pairs well with Owl pets for even more XP gains. Extra Mochi Mouses can also be used in the Limited Shop's Free Upgrades feature to unlock extra slots.
