The Monitor Lizard is a limited mythical pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It joined the game on May 23, 2026, as part of the Bizzy Bees Part 3 update during the Bizzy Bee Event 2026. It has light and dark green stripes that alternate along its body.

This pet has a passive ability called Solitary Monitor. If there is only one Monitor Lizard in your garden, it will sometimes eat a mutated fruit. Each mutation it eats boosts pet cooldowns every second and boosts plant growth every second. Faster growth means more crops to harvest and sell, which helps you earn more Sheckles.

The Monitor Lizard was only obtainable by reaching Level 40 in the Season 5 Season Pass. Players had to complete daily tasks like harvesting crops, planting seeds, and earning Sheckles to gain XP. Since the season has passed, this pet is hard to find now.

The Monitor Lizard comes in Normal and Rainbow variants. It is a strong pick for players who want to speed up their garden with just one pet slot. Keep it solo in your garden to make its ability work.
