The Orangutan is a rare pet from Grow a Garden. It came out in the Summer Update on June 21, 2025. It hatches from the Rare Summer Egg with a 15% chance.
This pet has a special passive ability called Helping Hands. When you craft, each material has about a 3.49% chance of not being used up. This means you can keep some of your materials and craft more items for less. The ability has a limit of 7% per material.
The Orangutan is easy to spot in your garden. It has a round face, two big strong arms, and burnt orange fur. Its back is a soft orange color. Its face, ears, and paws are ashy gray. It has black eyes, big ears, and a friendly smile.
The Rare Summer Egg that holds this pet can be bought in the Pet Eggs shop for 25,000,000 Sheckles or 99 Robux. It can also be earned as a reward in the Summer Harvest event. If you craft a lot in Grow a Garden, the Orangutan is a smart pet to have on your team.
