The Rainbow French Hen is a rainbow variant of the French Hen, a limited uncommon pet in Grow a Garden. The French Hen was added on December 6, 2025 during the Christmas Harvest Event. It comes from Santa's Surprise Present, where it has a 15% chance to appear.

This pet has a helpful passive trait called Christmas Hen. Christmas type plants within about 15 studs of the hen get about a 0.40x boost to their size multiplier. This makes it a strong pick for players who grow Christmas plants and want them to get bigger. The pet has a hunger stat of 5,000.

The French Hen is also a key ingredient for the Christmas Spirit pet. To get Christmas Spirit, players need a French Hen, a Turtle Dove from the Christmas Egg, a Partridge from the Winter Egg, and a Candle Gear.

The base French Hen has a dark gray body, head, and wings. It has a black beak, black tips on its wings and tail, gray feet, and a dark red wattle. As a limited event pet, it is a nice catch for collectors and active growers alike.
