The Rainbow New Year's Dragon is a rare pet in Grow a Garden. It is a Prismatic rarity pet from the New Year's Event. It hatches from the New Year's Egg with only a 0.25% chance, so it is very hard to get. The Rainbow mutation makes it even more special than the normal version.

This dragon has two strong passives. The first is Breath of Fireworks. Every 9 to 18 minutes, it breathes fireworks on 20 to 26 random fruits in your garden. Those fruits get the Firework mutation. The second is Resolution. Every 6 minutes 40 seconds to 12 minutes, it eats 100 fruits with the Firework mutation. In return, it gives you Dragon's Firework gear.

Dragon's Firework gear has helpful effects. It can add the Firework or Fiery mutations to random fruits. It can raise a random active pet's level by one. It can spawn a random fruit in your garden. It can also restock one random item in the Seed, Gear, or Pet Eggs shops.

The pet has a hunger stat of 300,000. This is a great pick for players who want a rare event pet that boosts their whole garden.
