The Stegosaurus is a Legendary pet in Grow a Garden, a popular Roblox game. It came from the Dinosaur Egg, which was added during the Prehistoric Update on July 5, 2025. That update has ended, so players can no longer get this pet in the game. This makes the Stegosaurus a rare find.

The Stegosaurus has a strong farming ability. It can duplicate crops when you harvest them. This means you can get two crops instead of one. Rarer crops have a lower chance to be duplicated. Prehistoric crops, like Fossilite and Horned Dinoshroom, get an extra chance to be doubled. This makes the Stegosaurus a great pick for players who want to grow more crops and earn more from their garden.

When the update was live, the Stegosaurus had a 28% chance of hatching from a Dinosaur Egg. It was easier to get than the Mythical Brontosaurus or the Divine T-Rex, but it was still exclusive to that egg.
