Buy Grow a Garden Wind-Up Rat

Description

The Wind-Up Rat is a Rare pet in Grow a Garden. It was released during the New Year Event, which ran from December 27, 2025 to January 3, 2026. It can be unlocked with a code that comes with a Grow a Garden plushie from PhatMojo.

This little clockwork pet turns flowers into decor. On a timer, the Wind-Up Rat changes a Buttercup in your garden into a random mechanical cosmetic. There are 5 cosmetics to collect: the Clockwork Key, Clockwork Lantern, Pipes, Gear, and Wheel Chains. Players who want a full set of mechanical decor can keep this pet working until they have all 5.

The Wind-Up Rat has a hunger stat of 26,000. It gains weight as it ages. A Wind-Up Rat that weighs 5 kg or more counts as the Huge version, so raising a big one is a fun goal.

Pick up the Wind-Up Rat to add a Rare mechanical pet to your team and start filling your garden with clockwork cosmetics.
