Description
The Adamant halberd is a two-handed melee weapon in Old School RuneScape. It is made from adamantite and needs level 30 Attack and level 15 Strength to wield. It is a members item that can be traded, equipped, and noted.
Like all halberds, this weapon has one extra square of attack range in combat. That extra reach lets players hit monsters from behind fences and other objects, a trick known as safespotting. This makes it a smart pick for training on tough monsters without taking hits.
The Adamant halberd has strong stats for its level. It gives +28 stab, +41 slash, and a +42 strength bonus. It has three combat styles. Jab uses stab, Swipe uses slash, and Fend uses stab with a focus on Defence.
Halberds cannot be made with the Smithing skill. In the game, this halberd is sold at the Quartermaster's Stores in the Tyras Camp after the Regicide quest. The quest is not needed to wield it though. An Adamant halberd is also needed for a medium clue scroll, so it is handy for clue hunters too.
