Description
The Ale of the gods is a fun cosmetic item in Old School RuneScape. It comes as a possible reward from master clue scrolls in Treasure Trails. It is a members-only item.
When a player wears the ale, their character sways around while standing or walking. This makes the player look drunk, much like the crystal grail does. Many players like to wear it while AFK training skills. When the training activity stops, the swaying starts again, which makes it easy to spot.
The ale gives no combat bonuses at all. All attack, defence, and other bonuses are zero. It sits in the weapon slot and uses crush-type attacks with the normal unarmed styles: Punch, Kick, and Block. It attacks once every 4 ticks, which is 2.4 seconds, and hits from 1 tile away.
The item is very light at 0.06 kg. Players can also store it in the Treasure Chest inside a player-owned house. This keeps it safe and frees up bank space. The Ale of the gods is a great pick for players who want a rare and funny item to show off in game.
