Description

The Ancient mix(2) is a two dose barbarian potion in Old School RuneScape. It is an ancient brew(2) with caviar added to it. Each sip boosts your Magic level by 2 plus 5% of your base Magic level. At level 80 to 99 Magic, that is a +6 boost.

The mix also restores prayer points. You get back 2 plus 10% of your base Prayer level, and it can restore up to 5% over your normal cap. At level 90 to 99 Prayer, that is 11 points per sip. Each dose also heals 6 Hitpoints.

There is a trade off. Drinking the mix lowers your current Attack, Strength, and Defence levels by 2 plus 10%. This makes it best for mages who do not need melee stats.

Making this mix takes level 92 Herblore and gives 63 experience. You must finish the Herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed first. The item is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to move and store. When you drink all the doses, you are left with an empty vial.
