Ancient page 4 is one of four pages needed to finish the damaged Ancient god book in Old School RuneScape. The damaged book comes from Jossik, who sells it for 5,000 coins after you complete the Horror from the Deep quest.
Once you add all four Ancient pages to the damaged book, it becomes the book of darkness. This book goes in your shield slot, so you can wear it while you fight or train. You can also use it to preach.
Ancient page 4 is a possible reward from all tiers of Treasure Trails except beginner. Clue scrolls can take a long time to give you the exact page you need, so buying it saves you many hours of hunting.
The four Ancient pages can also be packed together into a book of darkness page set with a Grand Exchange Clerk. In January 2019, the page got a graphic update so its color matches the book of darkness.
