Attack mix(1) is one dose of a fishy Attack potion in Old School RuneScape. It is a members-only item. This barbarian potion boosts your Attack level by 3 plus 10% of your level, rounded down. It also heals 3 Hitpoints, which sets it apart from a normal Attack potion.

Players can make this mix by adding roe or caviar to an attack potion(2). This needs level 4 Herblore and gives 8 Herblore experience. You must first finish the Herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed before you can make it. When you take a sip, the game shows the message "You drink the lumpy potion". Once all doses are used or the potion is emptied, it turns into a regular empty vial.

The Attack mix(1) is a smart pick for combat training. The Attack boost helps you hit more often, and the small heal keeps you in the fight a bit longer.
