Description
The Barrel of demonic tallow (full) is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. This barrel holds 100 demonic tallow. Empty the barrel to get all 100 at once. Demonic tallow is an ingredient used to make surge potions.
The barrel is an uncommon drop from Yama, a level 1238 boss. It is tradeable, so players can buy it instead of fighting the boss for it. The full barrel weighs nothing and does not stack in the inventory. It cannot be worn or equipped.
Be careful when taking tallow out. If only part of the tallow is removed, the barrel becomes a partially empty barrel. That version cannot be traded. The full barrel can be emptied while inside the bank interface, which makes it easy to move the tallow straight into the bank.
This item is a good pick for players who brew surge potions and want a big supply of demonic tallow in one item. One barrel gives enough tallow for many potions without long trips to fight Yama.
