Description
The Beer tankard is a drink from Old School RuneScape. It is a mug of ale served in a Fremennik style tankard. Drinking it restores 4 Hitpoints. It also boosts your Strength by 4% plus 2 for a short time. The trade off is that it lowers your Attack by 10% plus 2. This makes it a cheap way to heal and get a small Strength boost.
The beer tankard is a members only item. It is tradeable, noteable, and edible. Unlike other ales in the game, it cannot be brewed by players. In game, players can buy one from Thora the Barkeep in the Rellekka Longhall Bar. It also spawns in the Rellekka longhall and in two spots in the Sunset Coast region of Varlamore.
When you drink it, an empty tankard is left behind. The game shows the message that you feel slightly reinvigorated but very dizzy too. The item was renamed from Beer to Beer tankard in December 2014. It is a fun and useful item for players who like Fremennik lore or who want a quick, low cost stat boost.
