You need 10 Defence to wear this helm. It gives +12 stab defence, +13 slash defence, +10 crush defence, and +12 ranged defence. It has a -1 magic defence bonus. It also lowers your magic attack by 6 and your ranged attack by 3, so it works best for melee combat.

This helm cannot be made with the Smithing skill. The only way to get one is through Treasure Trails. That makes it a nice pick for players who want a rare look without giving up solid defence stats.
