The black leprechaun hat is a rare cosmetic hat in Old School RuneScape. It comes from medium Treasure Trails as a rare reward from the medium reward casket. The drop rate is 1 in 1,133, so it is a hard item to find on your own. It is a members-only item and was released on 6 July 2016. Its item ID is 20246.

This hat is all about style. It gives no stat bonuses, so all attack and defence bonuses are +0. It is equipable, tradeable, and noteable, but it does not stack. It weighs 2.267 kg. Players wear it to show off a rare clue reward or to build a fun leprechaun look.

You can store the hat in the treasure chest of a costume room. To do this, open the medium clue interface first or use the hat on an opened treasure chest.
