The Blue firelighter is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It is a reward from Treasure Trails and can come from any level of clue scroll. Its item ID is 7331.
Use a Blue firelighter on regular logs to turn them into blue logs. When burned, blue logs give 50 Firemaking experience and make a blue flame. This is a fun way to train Firemaking and stand out at the same time.
Blue firelighters have another special use. Players can use 250 of them on a Phoenix pet to recolour it blue. They can also be combined with a Gnomish firelighter to make a combined firelighter item.
These firelighters are stackable, so they take up only one spot in your inventory or bank. They are also tradeable and weigh nothing at 0 kg. This makes them easy to carry and easy to store in large amounts.
Blue firelighters were released on 20 February 2006. They are a solid pick for players who want blue flames, extra Firemaking experience, or a blue Phoenix pet.
