In the game, this item is made by Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless. He joins a black cavalier and a highwayman mask together for 500 coins. The black cavalier comes from hard clue scrolls, and the highwayman mask comes from easy clue scrolls. Making the mask also requires the Cabin Fever quest. Patchy can take the mask apart again for 600 coins.
The cavalier mask is a members only item. It weighs 1 kg and gives no attack or defence bonuses, so it is worn purely for style. It can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room in a player owned house. Its examine text says, "I hope I don't meet any roundheads," which is a nod to the English Civil War. This mask is a fun pick for players who want a unique look.
