The Chocolate cake is a food item in Old School RuneScape. It heals 15 Hitpoints in total. Each cake has 3 bites, and each bite heals 5 Hitpoints. It is one of the highest-healing foods for free-to-play players.

Chocolate cakes are great for skilling. The small bites let players heal a little at a time. This helps in places where you take some damage but want to stay at low health, like the Brimhaven Agility Arena.

Making one yourself takes level 50 Cooking. You add a chocolate bar or chocolate dust to a plain cake, which gives 30 Cooking experience. Buying the cakes saves you that work. You can also get one as a reward from the quest Gertrude's Cat, and one cake is needed for the quest A Tail of Two Cats.

The Chocolate cake is tradeable, edible, and noteable. It cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 0.3 kg. Its examine text says, "This looks very tasty." A butler in a player-owned house can also serve this cake when asked to prepare food.
