Cooked dashing kebbit is a food item in Old School RuneScape. It heals 23 Hitpoints in total. You get 13 Hitpoints right away. The other 10 come after a short delay of 4.2 seconds. The delayed heal also gives back 10 run energy. It is one of the best single-bite foods in the game. Only cooked moonlight antelope and marlin heal more.

Eating another hunter meat too fast will cancel a pending heal. Normal foods and potions do not stop it, so you can mix them without losing healing.

To cook this food yourself, you need level 82 Cooking and 50 completed Hunters' Rumours. The raw meat comes from dashing kebbits, which need level 69 Hunter to catch. Cooking gives 215 experience but can fail and leave a burnt kebbit. The burn chance never fully goes away, even at level 99, unless you wear a Cooking cape.

This item is tradeable on the Grand Exchange and can be noted. You can also give it to Soar Leader Pitri to get three charges on a quetzal whistle. It is a strong food choice for bosses, raids, and tough fights.
