Description

Dagannoth bones are a great way to train Prayer in Old School RuneScape. These members-only bones drop from the three Dagannoth Kings: Dagannoth Rex, Dagannoth Prime, and Dagannoth Supreme. Regular Dagannoth do not drop them.

Each bone gives 125 Prayer experience when buried. You can get much more XP with better methods. A gilded altar with two burners lit gives 437.5 XP per bone. The Ectofuntus gives 500 XP when the bones are ground into bonemeal. The Chaos Temple in the Wilderness gives 437.5 XP per offering, plus a 50 percent chance to keep the bone, so it averages 875 XP each.

Other options include the Sinister Offering spell for 375 XP and blessed bone shards at the libation bowl for 500 XP, or 600 XP with a jug of blessed sunfire wine. With the Bonecrusher, each bone grants 62.5 XP.

Dagannoth bones are tradeable and noteable, and each one weighs 1.5 kg. Players who finish the elite Fremennik Diary get them as bank notes when they drop. Buy Dagannoth bones to level Prayer fast without long boss grinds.
