The Demonic sceptre is a cosmetic item in Old School RuneScape. It is a reward from the Leagues Reward Shop. Players get it when they buy the tier 3 Demonic Relic Hunter, which costs 20,000 League points. It is a members item that can be worn, traded, and noted.
This sceptre is for style, not for fighting. It has no combat bonuses at all. It does not boost attack or defence in any category. What it does offer is two fun options when worn.
