Description
Dharok's greataxe is a strong two-handed axe in Old School RuneScape. It is part of Dharok the Wretched's Barrows set. You need 70 Attack and 70 Strength to wield it. It cannot cut trees like other axes.
The axe hits hard. It has a slash bonus of +103, a crush bonus of +95, and a strength bonus of +105. It swings slowly, with an attack speed of 7 ticks. When you wear the full Dharok's set, the set effect kicks in. Your attacks do more damage as your hitpoints drop. At 1 hitpoint with 99 Hitpoints, the bonus can reach 98.9% extra damage.
The axe is also needed for the grandmaster combat achievement called No Pressure. That task asks you to kill the Alchemical Hydra using only this weapon.
Like all Barrows gear, the axe degrades over 15 hours of combat. It keeps full power as it wears down. You can repair it with NPCs like Bob in Lumbridge for 100,000 coins, or use an armour stand in a player-owned house to pay less. Higher Smithing levels cut the repair cost even more.
