Dharok's helm is a melee helmet from Old School RuneScape. It belongs to Dharok the Wretched's Barrows set. You need 70 Defence to wear it.

The helm gives strong defence for a head slot item. It has +45 stab, +48 slash, +44 crush, and +51 ranged defence. It has small penalties of -3 to magic attack and -1 to ranged attack.

The real power comes from the full set. Wear Dharok's helm with the rest of Dharok's Barrows gear to unlock a special effect. Your attacks hit harder as your hitpoints drop. At 1 hitpoint with 99 max hitpoints, you can deal up to 98.9% bonus damage. This makes the set a top pick for bossing and high damage builds.

Like all Barrows gear, the helm degrades with use. A fully repaired helm lasts 15 hours of combat. It works just as well at every stage until it fully breaks. You can repair it at NPCs like Bob in Lumbridge for 60,000 coins, or use an armour stand in a player-owned house to pay less. Higher Smithing levels cut the cost, down to about 30,300 coins at level 99.
