The Ectofuntus gives 288 experience when the bones are ground into dragon bonemeal. The Chaos Temple in the Wilderness gives 252 experience per offering with a 50% chance to keep the bone, so it averages 504 experience per bone. Casting Sinister Offering gives 216 experience. Blessed bone shards offered at the libation bowl give 290 experience, or 348 with a jug of blessed sunfire wine.

Dragon bones can also be made into blessed dragon bones, or into dragon bonemeal with a pot. A set of dragon bones is needed for the Watchtower quest.
