Description
The Dragon med helm is a head slot armour piece in Old School RuneScape. It needs level 60 Defence to wear. It was the first piece of dragon armour ever released in the game.
This helmet gives solid melee protection. It offers +33 stab, +35 slash, and +32 crush defence, plus +34 ranged defence. It has a small magic penalty of -3 to magic attack and -1 to magic defence. It gives slightly more defensive power than the helm of neitiznot. There are no quest requirements to wear it.
The Dragon med helm is a members only item. It is tradeable, equipable, and noteable. It weighs 1.36 kg. Like most dragon gear, players cannot make it with the Smithing skill. In game, it can drop from Zulrah, revenants, Sarachnis, and some dragons. It can also come from the Barrows chest or from monsters with access to the rare drop table.
The helmet looks a bit different on the ground than when worn. The inventory model has a different colour and a black stripe around the forehead. As the game says, it makes the wearer pretty intimidating.
