Description

The dual macuahuitl is a two-handed spiked weapon in Old School RuneScape. You need level 70 Attack and 75 Strength to wield it. It comes from the Lunar Chest in Neypotzli and does not degrade.

This weapon hits twice with each attack. Each hit deals half of your normal max hit. It works best against enemies with low Defence, because the second hit only lands if the first one does. It has a fast 4 tick attack speed and strong bonuses, with +115 Stab, +121 Crush, and +81 Strength. Its Crush bonus is much higher than the abyssal bludgeon.

The weapon gets even better with the full blood moon armour set. The Bloodrager set effect gives each successful hit a 33% chance to make your next attack come one tick sooner. The special attack, Blood Infusion, costs 25% energy and some of your Hitpoints. It boosts your damage by 25% and makes sure the set effect triggers if the attack hits.

Players use the dual macuahuitl for fast melee training and fights against low Defence targets. It can be traded on the Grand Exchange.
