Goblin mail is brown armour made for goblins in Old School RuneScape. Its examine text says it is some brown armour designed to fit goblins. The item has a Wear option, but players cannot equip it because it is too small for humans. During the Land of the Goblins quest, players can drink a transmogrification potion, turn into a goblin, and wear it.
Goblin mail plays a key role in the Goblin Diplomacy quest. Three suits are needed to help Generals Bentnoze and Wartface pick a new armour colour for their goblins. Players dye one suit orange and one blue before the generals settle on plain brown.
The armour can be dyed many colours. Black, blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red, and yellow goblin mail are made with the matching dye. White goblin mail is made with a whitefish. Some colours are used in the Land of the Goblins quest.
Goblin mail is an uncommon drop from goblins. It can also be found in crates around Goblin Village, north of Falador. It weighs 3.628 kg. It is a handy item for quest work and a fun collectible for players who like goblin lore.
