Buy OSRS King worm
The king worm is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It is a gnome delicacy that you can eat to heal 2 Hitpoints. When you eat one, the game says it is a bit chewy.
King worms are a key part of gnome cooking. You need them to make worm crunchies, worm holes, and worm battas. They also matter in quests. In Fairytale I - Growing Pains and Forgettable Tale, a king worm may be one of the random items you need to enchant the Secateurs or trade with the Rowdy dwarf for a kelda seed. You can also use king worms to feed the Cormorant while aerial fishing on the island at Lake Molch.
There are a few ways to get king worms in the game. They drop from gnomes, gnome children, and gnome women. You can pickpocket them from gnomes with 75 Thieving. They also spawn on the ground in spots like the Tree Gnome Stronghold swamp enclosure, Taverley, and Molch Island. Gnome women sometimes hand them out when you talk to them.
King worms are tradeable and noteable. They stack only as noted items and weigh 0.12 kg each.
