Mature cider is a members-only drink in Old School RuneScape. It is the stronger version of regular cider. When you drink it, it boosts your Farming level by 2 for a short time. It also heals 2 Hitpoints. Keep in mind that it lowers your Attack and Strength by 5 while the effect lasts.

Players want mature cider because the Farming boost can help them plant seeds or do tasks that are a little above their current level. It is a quick and cheap way to reach a Farming level you do not have yet.

Mature cider is hard to get on your own. It can only appear by chance when brewing cider at a brewery, like the ones in Keldagrim or Port Phasmatys. Unlike other ales, you cannot add "The stuff" to raise the odds of a mature batch. That makes buying it much easier than brewing it yourself.
