Description

Mithril seeds are magical seeds kept in a mithril case. You can plant them almost anywhere in Old School RuneScape to grow flowers on the ground. When you plant one, your character moves one tile to the west if the way is clear. If a wall or object blocks the west, the flower tries to move you east, then south, then north.

This one-tile move works even when you are frozen. That is why mithril seeds are a top pick for PvP fights in the Wilderness and for minigames like Last Man Standing. Moving one tile at the right time can save your character from an attack.

Once a flower grows, you can pick it. There are nine possible colours, such as red, yellow, blue, orange, and purple. Black and white flowers are very rare. Planted flowers also block tiles, so traps and fires cannot be placed on the same spot.

Mithril seeds stack in your inventory, so a large supply takes up only one slot. In the game, they can be bought from the Legends Guild Shop of Useful Items, and 40 seeds are given as a reward for finishing the Waterfall Quest.
